Certain State and Community College employees are eligible to participate in the PERA Defined Contribution (DC) Plan.

After you have enrolled in the PERA DC Plan, by completing the paperwork given to you by your employer's payroll or personnel office, you may use this Web site to select how your contributions to the PERA DC Plan will be invested.

Please note: This form is for new participants only. Do not use this form to make changes to your account. If you already have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your account, any changes you make here will not be accepted. If you already have a DC Plan account and would like to change your asset allocation, go to the Account Access section of PERA's Web site. Enter your Social Security number and PIN, then click on "DC Account Access," located on the right side of your screen or under the Inquiry menu.
